Gentle Yoga and Community Share

This week's group might have been small, but they still knocked it out of the park with the community share! The community share is so important especially now during these times of high inflation. Every 4th Sunday of the month, we gather to make "bags" for the homeless and needy. We gather items such as bottled water, toilet paper, wipes, hygienic items such as tooth brushes/tooth paste, soap, razors, deodorant, and non perishable foods. If you would like to join us, we ask that you bring 20 of the same items. For example, If you decide to donate water, you would bring 20 bottles of water. We hope you can join us for our next Share!    

Not sure about Yoga? Rev. Eva is the facilitator/instructor. As well as the spiritual leader at RLHHC, Inc., she is also a certified Yoga instructor and practitioner - 500 RYT and 40 hr Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra. She encourages us not to “fear” yoga… because the floor will meet us at whatever level we are at. ​This week, our small group practiced chair yoga.
