Our yoga practice today was dedicated to the seventh annual “International Kids’ Yoga Day” which is coming up on April 1st. As you can see by the pictures our youngsters and our young at heart, adults participated in the event! Everyone was able to take home 2, 5 minute practice sheets that can be done at home and a certificate of participation! It was an honor and a blessing to participate in this practice dedicated to International Kids’ Yoga Day ....
