 Barry Helm came to town and shared his beautiful energy. He helped everyone to tap into Spirit through a wonderful healing meditation that called all levels of our being to come together. He walked about the room inviting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual to "be" and breathe... move and rest without directing the outcome. There was no right or wrong, but just bringing mindfulness and giving self permission to allow all areas of our be-ing to be acknowledged and cared for. Powerful!! Thank you, Barry!!! We hope to see you again very soon!!!
