Reiki Sunday

On Sunday, October 8th, we had another fabulous group Reiki session. If you are not familiar with Reiki, Reiki is a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It is based on the concept of channeling universal life energy (often referred to as "ki" or "chi") through the practitioner's hands to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing in the recipient. Here are some benefits of Reiki:
