We held our 7th anniversary celebration at Al Lopez Park in Tampa... and it was a BLAST! Who knew that we had so many funny people in our group? From blowing bubbles, to door prizes, to wonderful food, music, drumming, singing bowls, tarot, mandala coloring... you name it! Thankful for the weather that remained sunny & beautiful until the moment we were leaving... lol. Keep an eye out for when we have our next picnic! You won't want to miss it... Much love 💜

Numerology mixed with humor... and a huge dose of generosity! EVERYONE was gifted with a numerology reading... WOW!!! THANK YOU TODD CURRAN & DORSHAINE TRAYES!!! 🧡🧡🧡 Yes.... We love to play with our food! This day, Elizabeth showed us just how fun experimenting with flavor and scent can be... especially when we listen to our bodies to lead us to the right choices for us. We smelled different spices and herbs. Then, we took time to listen to what our bodies and our senses were feeling about all of it. Below are different homemade syrups used to make "ice cream". Thank you Elizabeth!!! What a great... awesome way to spend Summer Solstice! Crystal bowls, singing bowls, chimes, crystals, Reiki energy work, meditation... all of the above, and more! It's easy to move into an open relaxed state and feel the room thick with healing energy...
